I needed a lot more gauze ... December 05, 2012 I needed a lot more gauze after the extractions. Ice packs didn t occur to me until quite late in the day; once I started using them, they were very helpful. The price difference between the acrylic and flexible partials was not made clear to me, and I worried about having made the wrong decision. I fully expected that I would be able to start practicing wearing the partial immediately and would at least be presentable to the world right away. I know every case is different, but your experience might have given you some idea of the problems we d be encountering; I always like to know more than necessary and would like to have known more about possible eventualities, but I did not ask nor make that clear. That said, everyone has been very kind and deferential, and I really appreciated - - - - s e-mails Friday. I am grateful for your diligence, and the lab s, in trying to fit a partial to a mouth with so many problems. |

Having suffered Dental Trauma ... December 03, 2012 Having suffered Dental Trauma at a young age, They were using hammers and chisels when I was a child, I felt very good when I met Dr. - - - - for the first time, And had my first procedure. I was so pleased with how it went I decided to come back.. I appreciate how the Office accomodates people who work out of Town by seeing them on a Saturday. The staff are beautiful professional women who take pride in what they do and I can tell they highly respect Dr. - - - - and enjoy being there with him. I have highly reccomended it to friends and associates of mine. I am still needing more work and I will be happy to go back to Dr.Mcneil in the future. - - - - R. - - - - |

I really only have 1 complaint, ... November 25, 2012 I really only have 1 complaint, but have 2 different reasons why. 1) when I call and get your recorded message, the time you open and the time you close hours are said but what about lunch time? I work so I m unable to call all-hours of the day to get ahold of you so it would be nice to know when I m not going to get someone to answer the phone. 2) I went in a couple of weeks ago and had an urgent/emergency root canal done. I left w/o a rx for pain meds (my fault cuz the shots hadnt worn off and I wasnt in MUCH pain). I started to feel GREAT PAIN shortly after I left your office though! I tried to call back but only got a recorded message to leave a message, which I did. I called back within a few minutes and got same message....called multiple times....same message. I got to the point, after not receiving a call back...even after leaving a couple of messages that I was IN PAIN...that the office is HOPEFULLY closed for lunch. I started calling at 12:30 pm....i was finally able to have someone answer the phone at 2pm. My RX was filled at 3pm. Needless to say, I was in tremendous pain and was brought to tears. |

I feel that my cleaning appointments ... October 31, 2012 I feel that my cleaning appointments are rushed. I do not know how much time is allowed for these cleanings but I feel if the hygienist was able to slow down and take more time on each tooth, I would feel more relaxed in the chair and it would be less painful. The polishings are very quick, focusing on the front of tooth only. I have had many cleaning and polishings in my life and I am not satisfied with the ones I have had in the last two years. Please I ask to remain anonymous, I feel this is important to your practice however. |

Everyone is always friendly ... September 24, 2012 Everyone is always friendly at Midvale Family Dental and I always feel like I get good service. My only difficulty is the office hours, which conflict with my work hours. It would be so nice if evening appointments were available at least once a week or so. |
