Just an observation. The ... July 09, 2011 Just an observation. The first time I came in - - - - glued my crown in temporarily. When I left the girl at the desk told me what the charges would be for the next appointment. She wrote down on my appointment card the amount due the next time. I guess I assumed that the first visit would be no charge as the only amount mentioned was for the next longer visit. We were ready to pay in cash on the second time after getting my new crown, and the amount was more than she had originally told me. My husband paid by check, but didn t know the amount, as I only told him it would be !0% off if we paid in cash. He had paid when I came out so it wasn t until later we noticed the amount was more than the original amount written on my appointment card. But we ended up paying extra , I guess for the first appointment. It just should have been made clear the first day what the total would be. Everything else was great! - - - - - - - - |

I still would like some discussion of whether my incisor probably fractured because of decay, or whether decay set in after a fracture. |

You guys did an amazing job and made him very comfortable and I am thrilled that thanks to your office, he will be able to smile again without shame. April 07, 2011 I think Dr - - - - - - - - is a very compassionate Dr. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff. going to the Dentist for people like me is humiliating i have been told that my problems are only from dental hygiene,,, my father and mother both had dental problems. my mother had dentures in her very early twenties. my father suffered with dental problems. I have spent a lot of money on my teeth over the years, and wish I had better results. I do not believe it is the Dentists fault. but i do believe genetics has a hand in there somewhere. Thank You for being so patient with me and not humiliating me further. Once again Thank You and your Staff for your professional and personal care, You make people like me more comfortable and want to go to the dentist. I will tell many people about your care. You are all Woderful! |
